This classic cutaway guitar was handcrafted in 2016 by Bruce.
The top is made from hand-split vintage European Spruce, harvested circa 1920 and carefully air-dried and stored awaiting its final purpose all these years later. The sides and back are rare 1970s Brazilian Rosewood. Unusually, the back is made from 3 matched pieces to provide a beautiful example of the range of Rosewood highlights.
The sound is characterized by warm base overtones, a crisp upper register, and excellent projection.
A one-of-a-kind performance instrument.
